Terms of Service for epbp’s Discord Bots

Effective Date: Saturday 8th March 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using any Discord bot owned by epbp (“the Bots”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Bots.

2. Description of the Bots

The Bots are designed to provide various functionalities within Discord, including personalized interactions and integration with external services such as Roblox via the Noblox.js API.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Use the Bots in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Respect the rights of other users.
  • Not use the Bots for any unlawful or harmful activities, including spamming or harassment.
  • Remember to clock out after leaving the roblox team to not overload the bot.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Discord account information and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.

5. Data Collection and Use

We may collect and use your information, including but not limited to:

  • Discord User ID: To uniquely identify users.
  • Username and Discriminator: To provide personalized interactions.
  • Server ID: To manage bot functionality within different servers.
  • Roblox Account Information: When you interact with your Roblox account, we may collect information such as Roblox User ID and username, as well as user profile information including inventory status, badges, communities your in etc.

By using the Bots, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitations of Liability

The Bots are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Bots will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Bots.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the updated terms in the Bots or on our website. Your continued use of the Bots after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Bots at our discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Bots.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts located in the United Kingdom.
